Well I finally got my photos from V festival developed. I picked them up from Boots yesterday and had a little shock when I opened them. No I hadnt been given someone elses. They were my photos. But they felt rather light.
It seems, in my haste to buy cheap cameras of eBay and failing I rushed out and bought some disposable cameras from "pound land." I had a few problems with the cameras, there was no flash and the dial wasnt turning properly. It seemed like the film was winding to teh next shot, but the dial saying how many photos I had wasnt. So I was kept guessing really as to how many photos I had?
Turns out the film wasnt winding either, or the photos were just crap, as I only got about a third of my photos back. Some photos that didnt come out where of my with my VIP pass, laods of Radiohead and Faithless set and some backstage photos I took.

But enough of what I didnt take, here is some of what I did take.

I think cameras from pound land aren't the wisest choice but these photos are great.

Why does that boy have security with him?Who was he??

They arent very good no. But I had already spent money on cameras on ebay, that arrived after V. So didint want to spend too much. So I got the cheapest ones. Learnt my lesson there.

I havent a clue who that person was. Didnt reconise him. But must of been importnat to have three guards. I did see more bands walking about, some with guards. But I didnt see any one else (or any groups) that had three heavies.

I think they came out really well.

The man sleeping on the floor oblivious to the crowd is hilarious.

Maybe the guy just hired the heavies to feel important?

They really grainy. there is one photo of a girl in her bikini on the big screen, that didnt turn out well. Loads of girls were flashing on teh big screen and I wanted evidence to prove to friends it happened. But the camera wasnt very good.
And all the night time photos, including a dozen of Radiohead didnt come out.

The sleeping gy was funny. So where the faces of people who were almost trodding on him.

I dont think anyone would do that. Especially not early Saturday afternoon when there wasnt many people around.
Although I might try this idea next fesitval I go to.

If you look in between the photos there is links to sets 1, 2 and 3. So you can have a looky there.

But in short, no. No more of seminaked cowboys. Sorry. :(

i know that feeling when photos don't come out and they're are of people you only meet once in a life time. Still these photos are good, maybe out of the dodgy ones, you could cut out the useful bits and make a collage ....

done that before with some carnival photos when peoples heads got in the way ...

was the faithless set a hands in the air set?
